These are a little large for a coffee mug. Plus they are not secure hanging on a rack. I use them for my broom and mops.

Extremely well made hooks . I have some pots wieghing over 10lbs hanging
On them with no flex in the hook at all . I highly recomend these .

Will these rust if they're regularly exposed to water?

Answer:

I have used this type of s hooks for years and as long as you don't put them up wet you shouldn't have a problem. These particular S hooks are probably the best I've ever bought! I hope this helps!

YES, without a doubt. Mine are outside and are now rusted. They were made from a grade of stainless that was not a marine grade, one resistant to corrosion.

I have no idea, I love them they are nice looking and metal and serve my purpose. There are others for sale on Amazon that have stainless steel in their descriptions, this one only says silver color and metal.

Yes, they are stainless steel, but they will rust in an outdoor environment. They are not made of a marine grade of stainless steel; one that withstands outdoor elements.

The item description just says "metal". They have a polished silver finish. I no longer have the packaging, so can't say for sure if they are stainless steel.
