Question:

How wide is this? One person said 10" but in the specs it says 11.1" ...I only have 10.5" space

Answer:

It is just under 8.5" wide and barely over 10" long. By "long" I mean the length of the four dividers that would go front to back in your cabinet.

By "long" do you mean "wide?" In other words, if my cabinet interior is 9 wide and 22 inches deep, would this work? Or would it have to be at least 11 inches wide? Thanks.

Without a doubt it would. If they are heavy I would recommend securing the rack down to the cabinet floor.

Yes, I believe it would. If it can handle large cookie sheets and muffin tins it should also hold platters.....of course, depending on their size. I found it important that the organizer not be a lot narrower than the width of the cabinet.....the sides of the cabinet help to hold everything in place.

I think so as long as they are not any deeper than a muffin pan, but if they are glass platters you may only want to store 3 in it to keep from breaking.

Yes, it is sturdy. You could probably get two platters in each space if they were slim.
