SNEAK PEEK: realme 9 Pro+ to launch in the PH on March 15

Posted by admin on

Ready for a leveled up realme Number Series experience? realme is officially bringing the realme 9 Pro series to the Philippines with the aim of taking flagship-level features to the midrange segment. We can’t contain our excitement so we said yes to the challenge of testing out the realme 9 Pro+ before its launch on March 15, especially after hearing that it packs a 1/1.56-inch 50MP Sony IMX766 flagship sensor for its primary camera among others! We’ll let the sneak peek sample photos to do the talking in terms of camera quality.

realme takes prides in its Pro-Light Imaging Technology in the realme 9 Pro+, which enables crisp and clear photos even at night. During daytime, it provides vibrant photos, even as you pose against the light. With the 50MP Sony IMX 766 rear camera of the realme 9 Pro+, the device is able to capture more light thus translating to better photos even in the least ideal locations.

Other brand’s output vs realme 9 Pro+’s: See the difference in terms of lighting?

It also comes with a Dual Stabilization System that comprises Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) to make sure shots turn out well despite shaky or unpredictable movements. Check out this selfie photo of us that we took WHILE WALKING:

To further enhance images taken by the realme 9 Pro+, the integration of AI Noise Reduction Engine 3.0 is also applied to every image taken with the main camera. These are outputs and information that we got within 24 hours of using the smartphone, but so far, I’m liking it!

Other notable features include a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G Processor, a 90Hz Super AMOLED Display, and a 4500mAh Battery with 60W SuperDart Charge. We’ll share our thoughts about these parts in our full review after testing the realme 9 Pro+ further.

INSIDE THE BOX

The realme 9 Pro+ comes in a box that is slightly different from the usual realme packaging, but it contains the same things — a USB Type-C cable, charging port, jelly case, instruction manual, guide and warranty card, and SIM ejector tool.

One of the first things that I’ve noticed is how the free jelly case has been improved to protect the embossed part of the camera. Instead of the whole square area being exposed, only the lenses will remain uncovered! Less worries about it getting scratched.
